About Uta Halee's Campaign for Wellness

Uta Halee Girls Village's Campaign for Wellness is a community response to a community priority: saving lives of young women.

Throughout the Village's 57 years history, foundations, corporations, volunteers and individuals have generously supported its services, campus improvements and endowment. These dedicated donors are now embracing the Campaign for Wellness. Their enthusiasm is attracting gifts from a new generation of benefactors.

Before the campaign was announced in October 2006, Uta Halee had received a Peter Kiewit Foundation challenge grant and pledges from Lozier Foundation, Suzanne and Walter Scott, Jr., and the William and Ruth Scott Family Foundation.

New gifts from the established donor family and the broad community are critical to the success of this campaign. They will help forge a connection between a community that values the lives of its young women and Uta Halee Girls Village.
